| - For Who / Public Cible Everybody who is active in the field of community radio in Belgium (French & Dutch- speaking). The criteria for defining community radio are: non-commercial and respect for free speech. Toute personne qui travaille en milieu de radio associative francophone et/ou néerlandophone en Belgique. Les critères pour définir une radio associative: non-commercialisation des ondes et respect de la liberté d'expression.
- Goals / Buts: Circulate all information which positions community radio as a third sector (besides commericial and public radio). Legal information, mobilisation, co-production, program exchange, forward interesing news, etc. Donner écho a toute information ou pratique radiophonique qui positionne la radio associative comme un tiers secteur. Infos juridiques, appels de mobilisation, calendriers de coproduction, échanges de programmes, réacheminement de courriers intéressants, matières pour éditer des petits journaux internes aux radios...
- Restrictions / Restrictions: The list is open and non-moderated. If certain members do feel that abuse occurs, they are free to react by; -addressing a mail to CommUnARDS, -sending a mail to the person who he/she thinks is abusing the list. La liste est ouverte et non-modérée. Si des membres sentent un certain abus dans des envois, ils sont libres de réagir:
